Raw material preparation and mixing: Prepare flour, baking soda, salt, shortening or vegetable oil, water and other raw materials according to the formula ratio, pour them into the dough mixer for mixing, and form a dough with certain viscosity and ductility.
Dough forming and cutting: The mixed dough is conveyed to the forming machine, and the dough is made into a dough sheet with uniform thickness by roller cutting and other methods, and then the dough sheet is cut into small pieces of dough of specified size and shape by cutting equipment.
Biscuit forming: The cut small pieces of dough enter the biscuit forming machine, and the mold or roller in the forming machine will further extrude and shape it, so that the dough forms the unique shape of saltine crackers, increasing the crisp taste and beauty of the biscuits.
