The biscuit baking tunnel oven is a special equipment used in the food industry for mass production of biscuits. It can run continuously to bake large quantities of biscuits.
The working principle of the tunnel oven is mainly to achieve heating, drying, curing, and other treatments of materials through three methods: heat conduction, convection, and radiation.
There are usually multiple temperature zones in the biscuit oven, and the temperature distribution of different zones can be adjusted according to the processing requirements of the materials.
The materials are continuously input into the biscuit baking oven through the conveying system, and the temperature in the oven is adjusted to achieve the purpose of baking.
Driven by the conveying system, the materials enter from the entrance of the biscuit oven, pass through various heating zones, complete the heating, drying, curing, and other process, and then output from the exit.
The temperature display can intuitively display the temperature values of each zone in the current tunnel oven. The operator can easily observe temperature changes in the oven and find temperature abnormalities over time.
