The Animal Biscuit production line is a fully automatic or semi-automatic system for mass production of various animal-shaped biscuits.

Core process steps

  • Raw material mixing: Use a vertical or horizontal dough mixer to mix flour, sugar, butter, eggs, milk powder and other raw materials in proportion into a uniform dough.
  • Calendering and forming: The dough is pressed into the required thickness by a three-roll calender, and the dough is cut into three-dimensional animal shapes such as bears, rabbits, giraffes, etc. using a rotary die cutter or roller cutter. The mold can be quickly replaced to support customized animal patterns.
  • Baking: A tunnel gas or electric heating oven is used with temperature zone control to ensure that the biscuits are evenly colored and crispy.
  • Cooling: Natural cooling or forced air cooling through a linear cooling conveyor belt to shape the biscuits for subsequent packaging.
  • Decoration (optional): It can be equipped with an oil sprayer, sugar sprinkler or chocolate coating machine to increase the product flavor and appearance appeal.
  • Packaging: Use a vertical packaging machine or pillow packaging machine for automatic metering, sealing and labeling, supporting various forms such as bagging and boxing.
